Richard M. Goldman, Esq.
Richard M. Goldman received his B.A. degree from Bates College in 1976 and his J.D. degree from George Washington University. Mr. Goldman was admitted to practice law in Maine in 1979 and has practiced before the Bankruptcy Court for many years. Among other areas of practice, Mr. Goldman’s practice includes representation on behalf of individual debtors and small businesses in Chapter 7, Chapter 12, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. He is a member of the Kennebec County Bar Association, the Maine State Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Mr. Goldman is also a member of the Judicial Branch Commission on Foreclosure Diversion.
Since 1979 Rich has also represented over one thousand clients in proceedings before the Social Security Administration. He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.
